Easyfit - The icing on the cake
...I enclose a photo of the full easyfit cover which you made to fit my new Bailey Pegasus 2 Genoa caravan. We are extremely pleased with it, the icing on the cake being the ease of fitting, using the two extension rods provided together with the "easyfit" feature of the cover.

People often ask how long they can keep our covers on...
We had a customer come onto our stand the the NEC in February 2011, "Hello" we said, to which the customer replied, "Hello, I would like to tell you my wife has been ill", "I am very sorry to hear that" said our team member wondering where this was going, or whether he had the wrong stand.
"I am sorry", he said, "What I want to say is that she has been ill for 3 years and we haven't been able to use our caravan as its stored down in Cornwall. But I just wanted to tell you that it has had its Pro-Tec Cover on for the whole 3 years, I was dreading going down to see what condition it was in, and I couldn't believe it when I removed the cover. It was just as I had left it three years earlier, spotless! Thank you". With that he turned to leave, when I asked about his wife's health, "She's fine thank, we will be caravanning again this year" and with that he was off...

Anticipating years of reliable use
The Easy-fit Pro-Tec cover for our Elddis 130 motorhome was delivered as promised. We fitted the cover today and are delighted with the accuracy of the fit and the quality of manufacture. We are anticipating years of reliable use from the cover and full protection of our vehicle from the ravages of the British winter.

Thank you for supplying a new cover for my Bailey Vermont 2000. It arrived promptly and is a perfect fit. It has replaced the original cover which I had from you in 2000, when I bought the van, and which succumbed to weather, wear and tear earlier this year. It was interesting to see the developments to the cover in 11 years. The retaining straps detachable at both ends are very useful, together with the door restrainer and the larger hitch cover which now completely covers the Alco stabiliser hitch. Thank you again for a prompt and efficient service.

Does What it Says on the Tin
I have just taken delivery of a new 2011 Bailey Seville caravan... you despatched to me a previously ordered new cover for the same. Although an only recently released model, you knew all about it and did not need any input from me re: dimensions etc. I have fitted the cover and am absolutely delighted. This is the fourth cover you have supplied to me...
You are to be congratulated on your customer service, apparent from the first telephone contact, and on your consistent excellent quality... Negative feedback is apparent everywhere in today's market but I am pleased to priase a business that does what it says on the tin!

Eriba Covers

I invested in a Protec cover before last winter. Did an excellent job of keeping the Eriba safe & clean. We live surrounded by pine trees, so it is pretty essential round here.
A generic cover might have done as well but I was bothered about easy access and the cover blowing about in the wind.
A good tip I received from another forum member - get a block of soft foam and cut a shape to allow you to pop it over the Eriba's chimney vent (an electric bread knife is ideal for cutting). It prevents the vent rubbing holes in the expensive cover.
Airing the inside of the Eriba was as mentioned above - we just opened the windows a click. Having a door in the cover exactly where the Eriba's door was located made getting access a lot easier. It also went on easily with the two poles supplied.
I was a bit shocked at the price, initially, but on the whole thought it was worth it.
The manufacturer mentioned that the cover was just as useful in summer, to protect against UV.
Won over with Pro-Tec
I was won over with Pro tec, when asking for a cover to fit my "Ausie spec " GEIST. it has a status at the rear, air con unit in the middle, 2 heiki roof lights and an omnistor rollout fixed to the roof. When I told them it was coming with me to France and my concern was with sun damage more than trees or winter weather, they even advised the Grey finish model. We decided to go to their factory and the boss even came out and measured it up on the road.
Well I can advise that their product really is first class. We parked ours up after giving it a good clean and left in all that bad weather "snow and all " in England, back end of October. Uncovered and it still looked new. She now stands outside our place in France all clean and ready to roll. BTW. a note to anyone considering this product we've found that being the grey one, we can enter the 'van through sewn in door provided and it really is light inside too. Also as with Kelloggs if it aint got Protec on the cover it aint Protec, Catch ya later.indoors.

Worth every penny
Dear Sir,
I write to express my appreciation for both the quality of design and the workmanship that has been incorporated in the Motorhome cover that you supplied to me at the end of last year .
There seem to be few opportunities these days to say that a product is worth every penny spent on it, but the Pro-Tec cover that I bought from you is such an item. It is a perfect fit on my new Swift Escape 686, it is robust and it gives a very high level of protection to the vehicle. I still take pleasure in drawing back the cover just to see the pristine motorhome snuggling underneath it. After the terrible winter weather that we have experienced recently, one might expect the vehicle to be looking a little worse for its experience. However, that is not the case with mine. It remains as good as new.
I am sure that you have a library of photographs of your excellent product but please accept another from a satisfied customer.

I thought you might be interested to see the benefit of our ProTec cover. We live next to a farm which attracts flocks of starlings. Without the cover we would feel the need to clean the caravan, including the roof, frequently. This no small job especially as it involves moving the van. We have had our cover for a year now and are only sorry we did not buy one for our previous van. We have had no problems with condensation which was discussed in ‘Practical Caravan’ last year.

Withstands the elements...
I would like to congratulate you on the design and quality of the roof cover I bought from you about a year ago for my Swift Conqueror. I have tried two other manufacturers previously, and both have been torn to shreds within months, whereas your design with the awning rail fitting and the quality of material has withstood all the elements and still looks as good as new. Well done.

Product fulfils its promises...
We took it off yesterday... The caravan was completely clean. Now, if you stand still for ten minutes here, you go green, so obviously your cover does all you say it does. I also have two spare days to do other things than remove algae. Well done for an excellent product which fulfils its promises.

Superior covers...
I have just taken off my 20 month old ****** **** cover and replaced this with your Pro-Tec Cover. The difference is chalk and cheese, yours is of a quality well beyond theirs. The ****** cover is just not man enough for the job. It greatly discoloured after one year and when I removed it last spring (when it was damp) it started shredding in my hands - the material could not support the weight of the water that it had amazingly absorbed. Many patches were glued on to it to get it back on the caravan.
While I wrote to them and photographed it they wanted nearly the price I paid for it, to put it right. Therefore I purchased yours and I'm now very pleased that I did. Previously I had a cover made by *********** ***********, which I passed on to my son-in law but while it was vastly better than the ****** **** cover, it was certainly nowhere near the quality of your Pro-Tec cover. I have now recommended you to my neighbour who is looking forward to receiving their cover. As the quality, extra detail and the advantage of the greater velcro on the door joints clearly makes your cover superior.

A first class job...
Just a line to say the Pro-Tec Cover you recently supplied for our VW T4 Campervan is a first class job, we are extremely pleased with the cover. It fits the profile of our high top camper and we could not have wished for a better form of protection, especially given the recent spell of very bad weather. The colour (Green) also blends into the background of our property, being parked in the front drive this is an additional bonus.

It looks the part...
Just to say I bought a front tow cover and I am really pleased with it, we went to Harrogate and arrived on site and noticed straight away inside the van had no smell of diesel from our tow car. I intially bought the cover to protect it from the tree in the garden next door which leaves sap on the front section which is fibreglass, so you can imagine how pleased I was when I ordered to find out I could also tow with it in place. It also looks the part while towing and the grey blends in really good.
