I thought you might be interested to see the benefit of our ProTec cover. We live next to a farm which attracts flocks of starlings. Without the cover we would feel the need to clean the caravan, including the roof, frequently. This no small job especially as it involves moving the van. We have had our cover for a year now and are only sorry we did not buy one for our previous van. We have had no problems with condensation which was discussed in ‘Practical Caravan’ last year.

Worth every penny

Dear Sir,

I write to express my appreciation for both the quality of design and the workmanship that has been incorporated in the Motorhome cover that you supplied to me at the end of last year .

There seem to be few opportunities these days to say that a product is worth every penny spent on it, but the Pro-Tec cover that I bought from you is such an item. It is a perfect fit on my new Swift Escape 686, it is robust and it gives a very high level of protection to the vehicle. I still take pleasure in drawing back the cover just to see the pristine motorhome snuggling underneath it. After the terrible winter weather that we have experienced recently, one might expect the vehicle to be looking a little worse for its experience. However, that is not the case with mine. It remains as good as new.

I am sure that you have a library of photographs of your excellent product but please accept another from a satisfied customer.

Withstands the elements...

I would like to congratulate you on the design and quality of the roof cover I bought from you about a year ago for my Swift Conqueror. I have tried two other manufacturers previously, and both have been torn to shreds within months, whereas your design with the awning rail fitting and the quality of material has withstood all the elements and still looks as good as new. Well done.

Product fulfils its promises...

We took it off yesterday... The caravan was completely clean. Now, if you stand still for ten minutes here, you go green, so obviously your cover does all you say it does. I also have two spare days to do other things than remove algae. Well done for an excellent product which fulfils its promises.

Superior covers...

I have just taken off my 20 month old ****** **** cover and replaced this with your Pro-Tec Cover. The difference is chalk and cheese, yours is of a quality well beyond theirs. The ****** cover is just not man enough for the job. It greatly discoloured after one year and when I removed it last spring (when it was damp) it started shredding in my hands - the material could not support the weight of the water that it had amazingly absorbed. Many patches were glued on to it to get it back on the caravan.

While I wrote to them and photographed it they wanted nearly the price I paid for it, to put it right. Therefore I purchased yours and I'm now very pleased that I did. Previously I had a cover made by *********** ***********, which I passed on to my son-in law but while it was vastly better than the ****** **** cover, it was certainly nowhere near the quality of your Pro-Tec cover. I have now recommended you to my neighbour who is looking forward to receiving their cover. As the quality, extra detail and the advantage of the greater velcro on the door joints clearly makes your cover superior.

A perfect fit...

The Cover for my Kon-Tiki Motorhome arrived back on Saturday last, after the alteration you were so kind to arrange. It now fits perfectly and I wish to express my gratitude to your company for completing the work even though any 'warranty' period was well passed. These days it seems rare to find customer service as good as yours.

Prompt delivery and ease of fitting...

A first class job...

Just a line to say the Pro-Tec Cover you recently supplied for our VW T4 Campervan is a first class job, we are extremely pleased with the cover. It fits the profile of our high top camper and we could not have wished for a better form of protection, especially given the recent spell of very bad weather. The colour (Green) also blends into the background of our property, being parked in the front drive this is an additional bonus.

It looks the part...

Just to say I bought a front tow cover and I am really pleased with it, we went to Harrogate and arrived on site and noticed straight away inside the van had no smell of diesel from our tow car. I intially bought the cover to protect it from the tree in the garden next door which leaves sap on the front section which is fibreglass, so you can imagine how pleased I was when I ordered to find out I could also tow with it in place. It also looks the part while towing and the grey blends in really good.
