Ordered today, delivered tomorrow!

The courier will be here in half an hour to collect the three covers that were ordered at the NEC show this morning. We're in the final stages now, the covers are very nearly completed and are currently in the hands of some of the most experienced seamstresses in all the land! Last push now.

We're up against it now. Three orders for full caravan covers taken at the NEC this morning need to be despatched today! They've all been cut, one by hand and two by our CNC machines.

Ordered today, delivered tomorrow!

This morning we took 3 orders at the NEC show, which we are going to manufacture and despatch today, for delivery tomorrow. After double checking the details of the order, our CAD Manager, Beki, has translated the patterns for the 'vans into a digital format. This enables the covers to be cut by one of our state-of-the-art CNC machines. One of the covers has been cut by hand while the other 2 were cut on the CNC.

As we are sure you are aware, today is the first day of The Motorhome And Caravan Show at the NEC in Birmingham. The first 3 customers to visit our stand this morning were pleasantly surprised to be told that the full covers they have ordered will be with them tomorrow! 

All our products are bespoke and made to order, we don't keep any items in stock. Our usual lead time for the production of a full cover is 4 weeks so we've really challenged ourselves to get these covers out of the door on the same day that the order was taken!

The orders were taken a few minutes after 10 o'clock this morning and entered on to our computer system at the NEC. They have already been printed and have been passed to our technical staff to check.
